Terms and Conditions for Grant Use and Participation
- Purpose of Grant Use
The grant must be used expressly as outlined in the approved application. Any deviation from the specified purpose must receive prior written approval. - Photo Submission Requirement
Participants are required to submit 3-5 quality photos within three days of receiving the shipment. These photos should not include any children. - Quality Standards
Photos submitted must be clear and of a high quality, adequately representing the use of the grant as specified. - Submission Process
Photos should be submitted electronically to the designated email address or platform as outlined in the approval notification. - Confidentiality and Privacy
Participants must ensure that all submitted photos respect the privacy of individuals and do not disclose any sensitive or personal information. - Rights and Use of Photos
By submitting photos, participants grant the organization the rights to use the images for promotional and reporting purposes, without further consent or compensation. - Compliance and Enforcement
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of the grant and the requirement to return any funds or materials received. - Amendments
The organization reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary, with notice provided to all affected participants.
