Using Employee Onboarding As a Tool to Reduce Employee Turnover

 Employee turnover is very costly to an early childhood program.   A good onboarding process can help employees to become more connected to the program and reduce the turnover rate.  Through this workshop, Program Administrators will discuss the elements of an effective employee onboarding process.  This is a proficient level training—prerequisites required—supervisory experience.
