Participants must be familiar with using Zoom Webinar. The Child Care Company is not responsible for participants who cannot access the webinar due to technical difficulties. Participants must log into Zoom independently and have fundamental command of Zoom Features (e.g., raise hand, chatting, polls). The instructor will also review these skills within the first few minutes.

Participants must log in using a device that has a camera and microphone. Cameras must remain on for the duration of the zoom lecture.

Log-in information will be sent 24-hours before class begins.

Only registered participants are allowed in the webinar.

Participants must be present for the entire workshop, participate, and pass a post-test (70% or higher) to be given credit (a certificate).

There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges for webinars.

Webinar links are sent 24-hours before the class. If the link is not received the day before the class, Students must request support by clicking here.  This must be completed at least one hour before the class. No refunds or credits will be issued for notifications received within an hour of class beginning, once class starts or post-session.
