This self-paced course is designed for MSDE Approved trainers and meets state requirements for training renewal.  Through this course, participants will review Gagne's Nine Events of Instruction and how to use it as a framework for training development.    This is a competent level training.  Pre-Requisite: One year of training experience is required.
