Because The Child Care Company is accredited by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) accepts its training courses. These courses count exclusively toward annual professional development licensing hours for staff—including assistant teachers, teachers, lead teachers, directors, assistant group leaders, group leaders, site coordinators, and program administrators—employed at licensed EEC Group, School-Age, or Family Child Care programs. They cannot be used toward state certification.
