Program Strategic Planning With Staff

“Through this workshop, program staff will develop a strategic plan.  This process includes a review of the program’s mission and vision statement needs; completing a SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities & Threats) assessment; identifying training needs and creating personal, professional goals.  This is a proficient level training.  Prerequisites:  Director with at least a year of experience managing an early childhood program. “
