Overview
This course is designed to help educators, particularly those working with Pre-K students, understand and implement story charts to support literacy development. Participants will learn how to define and use story charts, which are visual organizers that help children recall, understand, and discuss the key elements of a story, such as characters, setting, and plot. The course covers the requirements for the MSDE Pre-K Grant regarding story charts. CKO Hours: 2 (Curriculum)
