Train The Trainer: Using Cognitive Learning Theory

This self-paced course is designed for MSDE Approved trainers and meets state requirements for training renewal.  Through this course, participants will review cognitive learning theory and its application to training development.    This is a competent level training.  Pre-Requisite: One year of training experience is required.
