This 45 self pace training was very helpful and great for me to recieve. I actually did 2 45 hours to get my 90hrs and become a lead teacher! i would greatly reccomend The childcare company.

Overall, I found the 45-hour course to be very informative and helpful. It taught me more about child development, child abuse and neglect, positive guidance, health and safety, and the importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for children. I especially appreciated learning how a child’s experiences can affect their behavior, development, and well-being. The course also helped me understand the importance of recognizing warning signs, supporting families, and knowing when and how to report concerns. I believe the knowledge I gained will help me become a more patient, understanding, and responsible caregiver/teacher and provide better care for the children I work with.
