FAQ Certificates

To access and download your certificate:

1. Log in to the learning portal at learn.childcarecompany.org.

2. Click your profile photo (or initials) in the top right-hand corner.

3. Select Profile.

4. Click the More Details tab.

5. Look under the Miscellaneous section to find and download your certificate.
