Course access depends on whether you have finished the coursework and how long ago you enrolled:
If you have already finished the course: Your course moves out of the active dashboard into your completed records. Follow these steps to download your certificate.
If you have not finished the course: All course registrations remain active for 180 days. If 180 days have passed, your enrollment has expired:
45-Hour Courses: You can purchase a 30-day extension for $50. Visit childcarecompany.org, select Tech Support, and submit an extension request.
All Other Courses: Expired courses cannot be extended; re-registration at the standard course rate is required.
