Complaining is Draining: How to Effectively Manage Employees Who Complain

Early Childhood Program administrators will learn the common types of employee complaints and effective strategies for addressing each through this course. Participants will also learn strategies to change from a school culture of complaints to a more positive climate. This is a competent level training. The Pre-requisite for this class is at least one year of managerial experience in an early childhood program.
